I hate how the pros do pointless clicks at the start of the game to increase their apm. Who gives a shit about apm, it is all about strategy at that level of play.

Let me explain, APM is used at the beginning of the game by many pros so that they're in a way "more concentrated or warmed up". See how they click a lot mid and late game? They're used to it, its a habit, so they do it early game to just get into the feel of it.

@WorshipInTruth It all averages out in the end. If your a pro, playing at 200-300 constant APM for HOURS each day, i'm sure it's just another habit to get you into the game at the beginning. For example, if you have an itch on your arm, for 8 hours a day, you'll scratch it. Suddenly it disappears, you'll still scratch it every so often just because it's become a habit or a mental routine
