I don't think this is a shot taken from Cagayan de Oro city Fiesta because the dancers were shouting Viva San Jose! The patron Saint of Cagayan de Oro is Saint Augustine that's why the town fiesta falls on every August. Please take this video out from Youtube, don't mislead the viewers. Please. Thank you.

they did say viva senior san agustin (saint agustine) not san jose. this is from cagayan de oro.
