The only reason he had his powers in Our Father was because The Haitian was specifically targeting Arthur. Nathan, Elle, Peter, and Candice have all used their powers in The Haitian's presence, but no one thinks they are immune to power suppression.
Also, from Volume 2 to DtoL, Peter was many times as powerful as Sylar. The only advantage Sylar ever had was IA, which Peter took in V3.
thats is canon eden stopped sylar so its unclear and besides sylar became resistant or immune to eden after attack so hes like doomsday who adapts the haitain supresses many people at once if he wanted to we cud have supressed sylar but he cudnt so its sage to assumethat he cant and noah bennet says that the haitian isnt sylars weakness

It has never been stated nor implied that Sylar develops immunity to abilities like that. It's harder to suppress someone with a lot of powers. It's common sense. And the only two times The Haitian used his power on Sylar it worked, so I don't think you know what you're talking about.
Peter didn't use IA to get powers because he didn't need to. He was still able to use it to enhance his control over his powers. And even if he didn't, he had time control and regeneration. End of discussion.
