Actually Min wasnt in the group yet. Originally they were a 3 member group w/ Jia, Fei, Suzy but JYP changed it 2 a 4 member group. Min was added 2 the group just be4 their debut in S.Korea. Here's the story (it's all on wikipedia):

Min joint JYP, and trained 6 years for a debut in the US.

After the recurring delaying of her debut she ranaway and went back to South Korea,

She joined Miss A June 2010, shortly after this video was uploaded.

Little known fact:

Min and Hyoyeon (from SNSD) used to be in a dance group together called Little Winners when they were both 13... strange 'ey lol
