Thank you. I'm counting the days down! It really is easier than I thought it would be but I would be nice to have something hot and chewy. I secretly think they have their patients on Optifast for a month so by the time of surgery you are sick to death of the sweet shakes and wouldn't EVER think about sweets in the same way! HA HA
