The tires spin so fast and with some speed, the rc hydroplanes over the water. I seen trophy trucks in real life do this. I have tried it with my nitro rc on foot deep pudle. Went well up untill i fliped, It ate some water and now its hydrolocked. :(

To all the people that think that the water is just REALLY SHALLOW, watch at 0:58 . The water is over 6 inches deep, deeper than the car is tall. If that car weighs one pound WET, I'd be amazed. So yeah, it's possible. Especially if those tires are hollow. Wide stance+light weight+Air filled tires+high speed=Skimming car.

Wenn sich die Räder schnell genug drehen und das Auto schnell fährt, wird genügend Auftrieb erzeugt um das Auto über Wasser zuhalten.

Das klappt auch mit große Fahrzeuge (siehe "Swamp baggys").

Diesen Effekt nennt man "Aquaplaning" :-)

kann dieser Effekt auf Wasser sogar dauerhaft erzeugt werden.
