Yes he's played with Duncan and Parker but Dirk has been surrounded by quality players as well and it's 3 to 1 for Ginobili in rings. Ginobili plays much better D than Dirk and he does a lot of intangibles that Dirk frankly doesn't do. In any given year, 20 players are statistically allegedly better than Manu.
