1. The vessel does what it says on the tin - Pasha B-U-L-K-E-R. Bulk as in cargo, not fluids. If it were a oil tanker it would be called Pashaoil or chemical or somthing like that.
2. Oil tankers always have cranes on the deck to transport pipes to the dock.
