Harmor is a good generator for dubstep, you get some good wobble presets with fl 10 (:

I think you just need to mess with sytrus to be able to get that good wobble effect. The easiest way to know how to use FL Studio to is full potential is to just surf around youtube for tutorial vids. They help out alot. Check out my channel as well, im no professional, but ive grasped the main concept of Dub on FL Studio.
