I use a pencil rocket to eliminate them, and then use like 3 more on him. It's really expensive, but a decent strategy.

Actually, I'm self-taught. I haven't taken any classes on the subject (though I really wish I had). I got flash in early 2006, and about then I went online to visit various tutorials, learning step-by-step the various parts needed to animate. And WOW is it complicated...

I would definitely recommend a class if you are able to get one, learning the details and tips for a convincing and satisfying animation, because the process itself can be quite difficult and really tax one's patience.
