If it was George Washington or Abe Lincoln, no one wouldve said a damn word...someone either is racist or is a Republican in that school. Lets be honest here. America is turning into China and Japan. Were not allowed to have our own opinions anymore. It needs to stop.

I don't believe you would post a video about a kid not being able to wear a Confederate Flag tshirt at school, wouldn't that be just as much a violation of freedom of speech. I'm so tired of race-baiting people always playing the victim.
I feel that you're statement is one sided and ignorant. If you watched the whole clip, I believe that you would see that the issue is on of ethics. The shirt wasn't offensive. And what does the confederate flag have to do with our 44th president? The fact of the matter is the representatives of the school and the district were wrong for not allowing a student to wear that shirt. Point blank.

Different people are offended by different things, I think personally it's offensive what BO has done to this country. Do we have a "right" to never be offended? As I originally said this PC gone rampant, nothing more.
What the confederate flag represents is offensive to African Americans. Dont try to use free speech as your defense. President Obama is a role model and a lot of people love and respect him. Its not about freedom of speech. Its about right and wrong. And what exactly has Obama done thats offensive??? Who are YOU to say whats offensive? At any rate, I dont expect for you to agree with me. I'm only stating how i feel, just as you did. Thats some FREEDOM OF SPeECH for you :)
Your original reply spoke of me being ignorant while your government school education has obviously left you ignorant to what the Confederate flag really "represents". The 50,000+ freemen of color that fought for the Confederacy clearly didn't share your offense. BO has tripled the national debt, pushed the "cap and tax" bill that will further deepen the recession, double digit unemployment rates, fired CEO's of private industries...etc. Our country is nearly unrecognizable after 6 months.
