  • What the fuck!?! WMG CAN GO TO HELL!

Seriously though, music is a form of expression, not a means of making money. I love capitalism but I don't like the music industry.

And please, nobody give me any shit about my language, it needs to be said.

  • Gotta say that it was fun, as interesting as Foxtrot flight was, it was a great experience to be their flight sergeant. Hope that you all enjoy encampment this year at Camp Fretterd, as for me, I'll be down at Camp Lejeune.

  • hey anyone know when applications for staff postions go in and does it matter what rank we are now or does it matter what we are there.

  • Staff apps are due Feb 15. Check the facebook event "2009 Maryland-Delaware Encampment (formerly Tri-wing encampment"

  • lol thanks

  • Ok,

First of all, you are all really dumb for putting your real names!!!!!!!!!!

As for me, Alpha flight was totally the best, reinforced by an 'honorable mention' known as bravo flight.

If your wondering who I am, I was at Aerospace academy, look me up on facebook, i'm probably already friends with you.

    C/SSgt Aaron.

I'm sure that someone must have just switched the names on the award.

  • wow nice songs choices, ahh brings back so many memories of all the good times and well not so good times....

  • Man, looking back at encampment, it seemed like a lot of fun, actually. But I'm surely coming back as staff member next year :-P

We definitely had THE best NCOs and commanders for squadron 1. No wonder we won so many awards. Especially C/2nd Lt. Victor Santos for his brilliant tactics for winning drill competitions consistently. Not to mention C/TSgt. Nick Gavin for doing an excellent job training all of the cadets. And C/SMSgt Bo Saunders for mentoring the cadets

-C/SnrA Daniel J. Cox of CAP

  • Hey everyone!

I would just like to congratulate Bravo for their performance this year. After winning honor flight on days 1$2, encampment honor flight and the drill competition we can safely say that we dominated, for the most part. I am glad to see that many cadets from the year want to come back on staff for '09. I just hope that next year's Bravo Flight will be able to meet and esceed what we accomplished this year. Again, Bravo, you basics were awesome!!!

    C/2d Lt Victor Santos

  • This year Bravo Flight was the best flight !!!

C/A1C Meadows Squadron 1 Bravo Flight

    Wicomico Comp. Squadron

  • yai no i was dare and i got the guide!!!!

  • Its fantastic to see all these cadets wanting to come back as staff next year. We did our job. Sq 1 staff: congrats to all for a job well done. I hope the next squadron 1 staff can keep up the same level we did this year. Can't wait to come back next year and work with the best cadets in CAP.

-C/2d. Lt. Samak (Alpha Flt CC)

  • i fell on the repel tower my element leader saved me from a coulple of broken bones.

cadet airmen first class gaglio (basic)

delta flight should have won in volleyball.

  • this was a great encampment.

if anyone know the requirment for a medic or a flight sergeant i would really appreciate it if the could tell me.

encampment was insane i had more fun that week than i did in the first three weeks of summer vacation before encampment.

you guys need to watch your language your still part of cap even on the net

    delta flight basic.

  • The requirements for medic are actually pretty low- I believe you need at a minimum a first aid rating. For first sergeant, there really is no definable requirement. You need to be an NCO, and you need to have a mastery of the D and C manual.

  • thank a lot

  • For first sergeant hes right you need a mastery knowledge of the D@C manual as well as the uniform manual, your job isn't really to drill cadets but their have been instences when the first sergeant will have to, so know your drill.

But for flight sergeant your always with the cadets. So you really need to know your drill and how to teach it along with guide drill. You need to know C@C and pretty much anything that a cadet would ask.

    -C/SMSgt Katie Kerr(Squadron 4 first sergeant)

  • thanks a lot

  • For medic you have to have to be pretty proficient in first aid. Other than that they will help you, you just need to know what your job is and how to do your job.

For Flight sergeant you have to be proficient in pretty much everything. You have to know how to drill, how to TEACH drill and how to wear your uniform properly. In addition, you need to have good leadership skills and have to be an overall high-speed cadet.

  • Cadets,

I should not have to remind any of you that while posting on YouTube you are still CAP cadets and continue to represent Civil Air Patrol and the US Air Force. Foul language and insults will not be tolerated on this forum-period. If you have any hope or desire continuing in CAP, I recommend you think twice before posting something derogatory in front of a public audience.

And yes, Squadron One did have good staff. (cough cough)

  • Comment removed

  • Hey man, I agree with you, but I think you're taking this a little too far. Explicit language on YouTube is not grounds for termination of CAP membership.

  • it may not be grounds for termintation but you are representing us when you post on this video just don't post anything comment that might be offensive and it's all good

  • agreed

  • Hey Everyone. This is First Sergeant Schuster from Sqadron 3.

First of all, I will personally slaughter the next person who uses bad language to slander another cadet, or his/her opinion. Second of all, Saunders, man your squadron was stacked with good staff, so it really wasnt hard to figure who would get all the awards...lol, not that you didnt try...

Im proud of Squadron 3 and their efforts. Congrats to ALL that passed this years Tri-Wing Encampment.

    C/CMSgt. Michael Schuster

  • Guys remember were representing CAP, its a national activity Encampment so you all need to watch your language. A little squadron/flight rivalry is fine but be civil.

-C/SMSgt Katie Kerr (Squadron 4 First Sergeant)

C/SMSgt Katie Kerr (Squadron 4 First Sergeant)

  • jeeze you were intimidating, haha

  • Yeah, and the Charlie Flight Volleyball award

  • There's only one problem with this video: It doesn't have Squadron One receiving all of those awards. Tisk Tisk. Excellent Week. Outstanding Squadron One!
