Everyone in that audience totally looks to me like they are throughly enjoying what they see and hear- bad review non withstanding.
The only review that really matters is the person standing out there, and I seriously don't think they think they are hearing Canned, commercialized AfroCrap. Too much dancing and too much smiling going on!
Respond to this video... You make some valid points....but to add to your comment...They are missing their leader, founder, front man.....Maurice!!! It's not the same....I know he retired from live performing due to Parkinsons, but it's still not the same!!!
@BusMaster007X I was telling this fool the same thing, that EWF changed their whole style and went completley pop like Kool and the Gang did, these were great bands at one time but they chase the dollar but this is not the EWF from 1970 to 1977 what a shame

They had a chance to make a name for themselves and sold out.
There's talent there, but I think they chased the 'African-American' tag and lost.
I hear the tightness, but no soul.
Gimme Tower Of Power any day of the week.
