I admire the bravado but Museveni seems to have lost the fight with LRA so it seems a bit presumptuous that he would invite these lunatics to blow up chaotic Kampala. We need a regional solution to stabilize Somalia otherwise some really beautiful buildings in Kampala and even Nairobi could be history.
