I'm not surprised that this bill came forwards after most Americans were so opposed to having a NHS. Having a NHS helps generate more jobs whilst giving everyone free health care allowing everyone to receive important vaccines (such as the MMR, Polio, Diphtheria and Flu shots).

With a NHS system vaccines are still optional (although highly recommended) and medical care can still be turned down if it conflicts with the person's religious practices.

Additionally people may still opt to go private.

I hate the health bill and the idea of mandatory coverage;however, i like the idea that people will have to get immunizations. I would be willing to pay for coverage just to see the idiots who really believe that shots are a way to sterilize the public be forced to get shots.

The best way to get rid of poor people is to charge more on their insurance for the fewer vaccinations they have had. As they could be regarded as at risk of getting infections, say for example the flu.

Then incorporate an immunocontraceptive like the Vaccines contaminated with PIG VIRUS into random vaccines but co-ordinated them with the 2010 Census and medical/tax records.

The PZP-4 in the vaccine would stop any fertilization.

I don't know about this being eugenics because personally it sounds like a long term plan to essentially castrate the poor. Looking around, things are moving too quickly for that.
