@damivoietube Not with this camera. It has a bad sound quality, which is why I narrate. Besides that I often say the words 'eh' and stuff like that and miss-pronounce, so I prefer to narrate as I can cut out the mistakes. Besides that, this takes less time, so otherwise my videos would be too long.

@Borba231 Take time to recover and eat proper food and enough calories. I couldn't work out my upper body for the last 2 weeks and I just did some backpack squats (so with weights in the backpack) as well as lunges and abdominal exercises, hyperextensions and calf raises. That way I still did some workouts. Make it a 3 days a week schedule and you can still do some workout that way.
@jlvi13 Just rice or pasta? You don't ever get cravings to eat something you really enjoy? For me it's a constant battle since I love food so much. After a while of dieting I will literally dream at night of freshly smoked ribs being pulled off a grill. :)
I always enjoy experiencing food from other places that's uniquely different from what I'm used to eating here. Not familiar with Dutch cuisine at all.

Btw you should check out eddie bravo's video on flexibility and work ethic. He's a jijitsu black belt and does the lotus sit handstand.

A typical Dutch dish, hm, difficult as I usually just prefer rice and pasta. We often eat potatoes here. I would say stew from kale.

I enjoy food too, but I often care more about nutritional value.
