Summary of the Japanese for anyone wondering. When she meets the guy at the entrance he says to Sydney he hasn't seen her face before and she replies she only started work last week. He asks for id (or something) so she asked him to wait a moment then knocks him out lol.

When she goes to the woman with Sloane she says to her that he called her so she'll take over now. When Sloane asks if she understands him she replied "Sorry i dont understand English". Thats it.
