@dwc311 "Pinned and Mounted" is a reference to pinning insects and mounting them for display (for science originally). It has a triple-entendre here: it's also a way to describe a killers behavior of trophy displaying their victims (relating to this movie), and a sexual euphemism. Further questions about that last part you'll have to ask TR hahaha!
