@Paintball279 - For Covert Ops (which is relevant to the video being discussed), it's because Gallente was my only Racial Frigate 5 that I had at the time of filming. For everything else, it's just personal taste while filming.
@IAmAGamer519 - Those are rigs. Currently (December 2011, Crucible), only the Tech 3 Strategic Cruisers use subsystems. The strategic cruisers are: Proteus, Loki, Tengu, and Legion.
Probably a stupid question, but I'm a EvE newbie here and it's been itching my mind to know this since you saw those POS are abandonned...
Can you salvage these inactive POSs and various surrounding structures and redeploy them for your own needs latter? Would the previous owners know it was you specifically who did it? Could it start a Corp war?
If the anwsers to those questions are Yes, No, No, then I hope you did come back and pick those up.
@Kugar469 - Correct. If the Control Tower does not belong to your corporation (not sure about alliance), then you have to destroy the Control Tower, *then* unanchor the modules. Attacking the Control Tower generates an EVEMail Notification to the owners, and the Notification identifies the shooter. Since the owners then know you shot at it, it can convince the owners to declare war.
...assuming that they care. If they just left it there, then they might not care. Better to ask them, first.
Might be a weird question but why do you always fly Gallente ships? Is there a special reason?

thanks- i learned quite a few new things here. Setting your own warp to distance-so much win-and started looking at booster production, double win.
