To improve the game performace, you can overclock the video card. I dont know if it can run in Windows 7, but use Techpowerup GPU clock Tool and set 320 MHZ for GPU and 292 MHZ for Memory. Also, install AMD FUSION TOOL to improve game perfomace.

probably, I can't check that because Microsoft stopped selling the wireless controller adapter by itself. And I am not buying an extra controller because Microsoft wants me to. Try it and see.
