back when this game came out i bought it for ps3 and like 2 weeks later i had it platinum-ed. just the other day i bought black ops for my new xbox 360. i am going through this game again to obtain 100% of the achievements. i started out on veteran so im raging alot but i know its just the veteran setting. mw3's campaign was garbage and it just takes me back to when this game first came out. never really sunk in with me how much i love this game. the campaign is way better. this is my COD game

Another great tip... When you get to that long alley, starting from the office. I HAVE 3 FLASHBANGS... Trow 1 in the alley. Shoot those that are not near the smoke, run in the smoke. Throw another, run in that room on the left and throw ur last fb in the next alley you have to go trough. You should reach a checkpoint. 30sec is all this takes, and you'll probably die when reaching checkpoint, BUT you'll be trough the worse part. Hope it helps...

hey guys near the end after u clear out the side room kill everyone near the yellow lift, and go over to the lift and shoot some guys down the hallway and you will get the check point then head off through the room to the left, thumbs up so people can see

Actually, there IS a checkpoint in the hallway before the end of that mission:

Go to around 22:20 in the video; you'll see "Checkpoint Reached" pop up within about a minute after you leave the "control room." I'm guessing it'll spawn you to that same exit after having killed those two Reds who didn't see you

Just did this mission again on my new account. Was less hard then the first time i did it when the game just came out.

The infinite spawn isn't that big of a deal, enemies come often with just 3 or 4 of them kill them and progress further to another cover spot. I died about 10 times though.

at the end i did it in just a couple tries, instead of running back and getting behind the cover with woods, in addition to that, it makes it alot easier if before you move foward and activiate those last couple guards, throw down your remaining smoke and frags where they appear, they activate it before the frags go off
