This councilman knows where to begin to stop this horrible crime. One problem is over breeding..MONEY..also the vets charge so much money that the lower income who loves there pets can't afford to get them fixed. I'm glad to see this..more vets should offer there services.

Kudos to You,DoggyTY! I wish I could stop our humane shelter from euthanasia for those who are not immediately adopted. I saved a beautiful little Pekingese from there, Eau Claire,WI., a sweet Pekingese from the Shelter who lived 17 years with me. I rescued a kitty & it was taken to the shelter & euthanized in a short time. I had named"Goldie". Shame upon you, Lauren! You should be Foster & NO KilL!! Compassion? I miss Gerri,former manager who made it possible for me to adopt "Tiko-Kohana."
