La verdad es que bassai dai de shotokan tiene mas ventajas de ganar.

Es por esto al ser bassai dai un shitei de shito ryu muchos competidores pierden de entrada.

la de shito riu que la de shotokan. esta es mas fluida ademas tiene las posisiones mas dificiles

Bassai Dai is a Shotakan Kata. But I agree Goju ryu would be sicker if we had this kata
