I'm disappointed that he didn't choose Argentina. Argentina's economy is much bigger than Chile's and the U.S. has never had close ties to Argentina. The main excuse has always been geographic distance but that can't be used anymore because Chile is located in the same region. Why haven't we established good ties with Argentina????
