You say it yourself, it's a civilwar like in ivory coast for example, why UN doesn't make a 1970 resolution for that president who doesn't want to go after losing the democratic elections? there you have already 1m people who had to escape the hell there. Why the West don't stop selling weapons to those contries in war?
I think you are here the person who has to think more because bthere is a reason behind every action.

@Kabla21 why blame the West? because they are almost always behind conflicts (ex. colombia, iraq, haïti,...).
Almost the whole world see what's happening according to what the big channels as BBC and CNN tell them. If you think ppl are not blind, why do they do nothing or say nothing for Palestine, Colombia (more than 60years in a war against a corrupt state) or ivory coast? you are really brainwashed, you think they attack whole cities and civilians indiscriminately, it's a war between 2groups

I never said Gaddafi was a perfect person, he made wrong things like staying 40years there, but today he is not the 'bad guy' of the story. that's sure. changes are necessary, but it's a problem for the libian people and the west don't have to try to influence a derteminated group and help them with an invasion.

@Kabla21 you are really blind. you know, i'm not that optimist when we talk about revolutions in the world and the west 'is helping'. you know, in such revolutions at times you have persons who are there to start a 'revolution' or make a movie or photoes of it, to make a contra-revolution (like in the 80s in nicaragua),etc. look for exemple to siria or colombia: there you have people paid (by a western country or the people of their own country who in a certain way works with a western country)

@Kabla21 they are from a tribe who has power, guns. the same tribe of the last king before Gaddafi became the head of the libian state. the same feudaal king who promised 80% of their oil to the west and almost nothing for the poor libians. Right now they have the highest GDP per capita of afrika, the best educations and wealth of afrika. besides, when all this begun Gaddafi was ready to talk with them, before they begun attacking police post and military bases. it's 'just' a civil war there

@Kabla21 It's a domestic problem. The rebels where not just peaceful striking, they got also weapons from the egyptians for example and the US knows it. did you know there are more thar 30tribes there? more than 80% of them are behind Gaddafi.
tell me why they do all this in Libia and not in Israel/palestine or Ivory coast.... I call this the hypocrecy of the West

Above all its an UN resolution which means its whole international community who are behind this assistance.So if Egypt helps the rebels, I really commend them for doing so..

@jozsefkacsa Not ever close! The atom bombs did not kill nearly as many as standard bombing did. The fire bombing of Tokyo killed many more than the nuclear did. Dresden had more casualty's also.

@jozsefkacsa No your wrong, the Japanese and Germans both killed a lot more civilians than the US. 6 million jews, gypsy's, Poles, Russians died just in the camps let alone the bombings of European cities like London, Stalingrad, Leningrad, Warsaw. Nice story from the Allies... Hitler's dead body has never been found. There's no evidence for his death, but an evidence that U 234 arrived 2 month after the war in Argentina, with high tech weapons and uranium for an a-bomb. It's possible that also Hitler was on board.
