@TheBananaPunisher Your opinion and your personal experience doesn't matter in how good or bad a unit is. As explained earlier, she's barely worth the effort used to train her. Her base stats and joining time both hold her back from doing pretty much anything but keeping seats warm. (As it stands, she's considered as FE6's worst unit because of those two glaring problems she has.) And capping stats barely matters in the performance of a unit.

And it really isn't assumed much in ranked and efficient play because arena abuse requires turtling. (Although it's not like FE6's tactics rank is strict like in FE7's. You can get away with some arena usage in that one.) But even so, Wendy is in a class that isn't exactly known for its movement after all.

Whether it be getting the highest possible rank, or "completing the game in the fastest possible time using what the game gives you", or whatever. (I listed those two, because they're the criterias that are the most often assumed by FE unit debaters.) There's not only training, but also considering who makes the best uses of the resources at hand.

And as far as that consensus is concerned in both ranked and efficient runs: Lance, Alan, Rutger, Miledy, Percival, Lalum and Elphin are considered among the absolute best. Ranked Runs includes Deke among those, and Efficient Runs include Marcus.

Again, this is the general consensus for Ranked and Efficient runs.

Triangle attack is when you corner a unit with 3 units of the same class in a triangle against a wall.(Exeptions to this are falcoknights in The Sacred Stones). The attack is always a critical, but it don't do crap if you have 0 damage... LOL.

The wall does not need to exist. You can do TA in SS with FK or WK, provided the other 2 are FALCONKNIGHTS. This means that you can only promote 1 of them to WK. Cormag and Valter(extremely obviously) CANNOT do TA, even as WK.

What is WITH everyone saying Meg is crap? If you really want her to be effective, DON'T USE BEXP! I soloed chapter 4 with her and let the laguz heal on the healing terrain, she turned out as level 12 or so. I trained her normally from there on out and she PWNS. She capped every stat except magic as a Marshall! She isn't very much effort either, you just have to use her a bit more often in part 4 chapters 2 and 5

Or course, Laura also got a lot of level ups from chapter 4 too.
