Its confirmed for PC, and 360 is still not confirmed. It's in beta testing in Korea and Japan, and we MIGHT see it in the states late 2009. It takes place after Dragon Ball Z and its from the original creator, so everything that happened in Dragon Ball GT... well never happened.
