man ive tried the rolling thing (13 seconds) many times on PS2 but i only got it once on my second try

60 FPS = 60 frame per second.

Higher framerate offers you higher fluency of animation. Human eyes will find animation obviously unfluent when the framerate is lower than 30 FPS.

It only stuns them, which usually gives enough time to get away.

You need at least 60 FPS to have much chance of pulling it off, and your position has to be just right.

Lower FPS can be forced by recording software (and FPS itself can be monitored by them), higher FPS can only be got by turning down setting or having a better computer.

Wow! Do you adjust mouse sensitivity or something? I have a lot of trouble turning around with mice. I have to raise it and it drives me crazy. Could you give some pointers in how to "train" for having more precision w/ the mouse?

Don't know, play more FPS ;) ? I don't recall having to the change the sensitivity at all, but every mouse is different so I guess that doesn't matter anyway. Then again, the camera is where about 40% of my difficulty doing this run came from.

The older tomb raiders.........you can't like turn 360 degrees. Its like she moved like a box. Cool speedrun.

You could just press roll (I'm assuming you mean 180, as moving 360 degrees would be kind of pointless).

I know that but what I meant was like she moved like a box. You couldn't like make her turn fast and she'd run into walls so eaisly and stuff also you can't use the analog control.

And that's why roll is there, so you don't have to slowly turn Lara yourself. Not running into walls is just knowing the right technique.
