  • WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE VIDS??????!!! 1/2 OF THEM DON'T PLAY RIGHT!

  • FREE HIM NOW!!!!!!

  • what's up with manning nowadays? Is he still in isolation?

  • If he is American he gets a speedy trial, otherwise he can't be charged with treason. Manning is the next Ellsberg, not Assange. Manning has not been convicted of an offense, nor tried. Two faced America style lives on. Justice is a joke foreign or domestic. America is a lie. If you don't agree, fine, at least live with the facts and let them lie on your concience alone. Idiots. Our court system was the only freedom left, now it's gone too....

  • Obama, please enlighten me, HOW CAN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?

  • The Justice System in this Country is CRAP! whatever happened to 'Innocent until proven Guilty? and there are ALOT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE BEHIND BARS because the Justice is Blind. and I'm not just talkin' about this case.

  • Manning needs to be prosecuted as a spy and a traitor.

  • @calipatriots --"Manning needs to be prosecuted as a spy and a traitor. " You are right, otherwise Manning should be held as a victim of the justice system or an innocent person. Not convicted, not proven guility, not tried, not guilty? Not guilty until tried. Should not be prosecuted until tried. You missed the entire idea where the U.S. Government contains three parts, the Executive Branch, the Congressional Branch and the Judicial Branch.

  • this isnt a powerful story. this kid will have his day in court and if he is guilty he should be placed under the jail.

  • @usaf317 You sir, are an idiot. That is all.

  • @geordieppp i dont think so. this guy is going to jail fr a very long time. ....as he should!

  • @usaf317 -- Not your call. Manning deserves a fair, just and impartial trial. I hope the world sees how the U.S. Government treats their own who are gifted with a Bill of Rights and Constiution. It is no longer a gift, accept it. If Manning doesn't deserve a fair trial then you wouldn't either... So, what did you founding fathers fight for, was it just taxes or truth and justice.

  • @electrodes1300 give him his due. ..then if he is found guilty ...hang him. i see no need to pay to detain him for years. if he found not guilty then let him go.

he gets media attention because he is gay. and only because he is gay. today homosexuality is some sort of sick fad.

  • @usaf317 -- Didn't know he was gay, just thought he was human. Nothing to read into here.

  • This is all theater

  • @MoneyIsSilver Tell Bradley Manning and Julian Assange that their confinement in prisons is "all theater".

  • Bradley Manning, hero of the US Constitution!!

  • Even if he did release the document's what he did pales in comparison to what dick cheney did to valerie plane come on he exposed a undercover cia agent who's job was to keep loose nuke's from getting in the hands of the bad guys. who knows how many of her contacts was killed and what operations was exposed to this day.

  • Free Mitnick! Ohhh wait... shit, wrong decade.

  • Why isn't there any lawyers or atturneys in USA that protect Mannings right?? for how long can you hold a citicen without a trial???

  • @freshhug Manning is a US Soldier, He is protected under the Military Uniform of Justice.

  • @mediaphotographer

Doesn't seem like he is being protected.

  • @freshhug how do you know this?

  • @mediaphotographer

Oh.., you think protecting someone is too torture them? ..and waterboarding isn't torture either right? LOL

He has been in an isolationcell for ten months, that's torture that is stealing someones life away! If he had someone protecting him they would make sure he either got convicted for something or let him loose. What a fucked upp country can hold someone for 10 months without a trial, only a fascist inhumane state would do that and to no surprise USA is just that.

  • @freshhug Listen swede. Your country been boomed lately? Water boarding is done to all military officers who attend survival school. Whats your point? Yes, maybe we should let him free, trust me ,Justice will take care of him? We take care of our traitors you swedes can take care of your own, ok? You let this clown out of his cell block and he is going to be toast, the little faggot is safer in a tight little box, for his own "Safety".

  • @mediaphotographer

First off, he is no traitor, he is a true patriot for the american people and all humanity. Secondly, what is my point?? Jeez you moron, My point is that your country acts and moves just like any lowlife fachist state on this planet and you certainly have no fucking clue what you are babbling about. This highly held pride of your service has a purpose, to keep people safe! and to protect people rights!! Wich is in no way being done as it is now. You petty fucking idot...

  • @freshhug sure he is a patriot .that your lame opinion! I see you must restort to child like practices by name calling. which proves, you have no point or basis for you dribble. You are no worth a reply,

  • @mediaphotographer

..and you know why Sweden isn't much of a target by terrorists?? It's because we arent invading and killing innocent people or supporting a racist state like Israel or a dictatorship like Saudiarabia. So far sweden is one of the best countries to protect human rights and not being ruled by fucking corporations and special interests. You americans run around in your little pool high fiving eachother doing your best to convince eachother you are great. USA is a fucking joke.

  • @freshslug It is nice to see you swede act as racist! What you have to offer? Absolut and volvos? woopie shit! There is a world power house for you. A country was to chicken shit coward to fight in world war 2 to stupid to win any battles it fought and started a two bit empire in 1648 which failed. Or lets talk about The Great Northern War that was behaved badly by your so called soldiers who stole, raped and murdered in Moldavia, Yea right, you got a lot of nerve to talk you little Cretan.

  • @mediaphotographer

Ahahaha.., just shut it moron, trying to put value on a country by it's way past history is not only stupid it's just low and telling. What matters is now and now USA is a fachist nation and you've lost every talking point against me. Oh btw, funny how you left out all the victorys the Swedes or skandinavian have had in the kind of wars you talk about.. Whoever taught you about using "Ad hominem" when you loose in logic and facts didn't teach you very well.

  • @freshslug Peter my little marxist, you have no defined logic .First, a value of a countries history is defined direct upon the influence on it citizens and well its future compass. Boorish and bothersome to you maybe , but important nether less. Hate to put your candle out, peter, you presented no points with reply on. Move on little boy and get a life, cream puff.

  • @mediaphotographer

Hahahahahahahahahahahhaha...., :D You make me so happy!!!!! Thankyou!!!

I just deleted something very hurtful directed at you but I decided to call it quits, cause i really don't like to hurt people. So you can stop shaking now. I am walking away...

  • @freshhug good it not nice to hurt, happy new year!

  • @mediaphotographer

Oh how was I racist? humor me, plz do it.., this is so much fun!

  • You know i have a neighbor who's son is in the Navy. he recently got into a argument over a parking issue"he was parked taking up 2 parking spaces at a shopping mall" and his response was that he was in the Navy and that he HATED CIVILIANS. This guy is in our military getting payed tax payers money to be there and this is what he is being taught. watch out, America is going to turn on it's people and send your sons to control you if your not playing the game.

  • @elmajfudd were you there to witness that? a little paranoid are we?

  • @mediaphotographer yes i was there to witness this idiot and a neighbors kid was there also who witnessed his behavior and told other people cause he was going to get arrested. the person he was yelling at was a pregnant women who couldn't get into her car due to the way he was parked . and paranoid let me say this he has to go to the military to carry a gun i took a test paid 50bucks and carry a gun so i think i don't have to worry do you?

  • @elmajfudd no you probably do not have to work. Maybe the guys need help! As a combat vet. And father of two active marines, they have a hard time adjusting to real life again. Mine have been thrown back into the mix 6 times since their commissions. Please , seek out his family and ask him how you can help. It is real important for our men and women, and their families to get al the support they can get. Mistakes are made, some time bad mistakes can be prevented..Happy New year Semper Fi.

  • @mediaphotographer Yes the kid needs help. as a retired Social Worker working with the mentally ill for 16yrs i'd say he has a problem but i don't think it all came from the service. his family, are very antisocial and anti immigration and have had confrontations with the African Americans here. they don't speak to know one. I would say his behavior was taught at home. i respect that you are a service man my brother is serving his 2nd term in Iraq i hope he returns safe. Happy New Year

  • @elmajfudd You are right, most problems stem from the home life or lack there of. Give your brother a huge hug and tell him thanks for the super job he is doing. My thoughts go out to him as well. Semper Fi and a Great New Year to you.

  • @elmajfudd I think you must have a different Bradley Manning in mind. Bradley Manning has joint US and UK citizenship his parents live in the UK. His mother tried to visit him in Quantico but was not permitted to see him. Bradley Manning has been charged with leaking information to the media. He had no contact with the media i.e., Wikileaks, he showed the video of a Massacre committed by US military in Iraq where he was based. He is now in Solitary Confinement at Quantico. No Justice!

  • "We don't torture"

    Was that Bush or Rumsfield?

Oh thats right, Rumsfield signed off on the torture of POW's and civilians

Gee I'm glad he is a good guy, just imagine if he were bad???

  • Manning needs to be broken. He needs to confess his crimes so we can try him. Not giving a confession is a crime we could try him for.

Peyton Manning is going down too.

  • yes and it feels like everybody is ingoring it..

  • The most important worry is.

When the magic chant "in the name of 911, I ....' doesn't work anymore.

What would happen? The war industry backs down? or....

  • Anyone else planing on jumping ship wile other countries still allow Americans into thier borders?

  • @Revrebrent try Australia, but u might just find that it's a lot like the US anyway

  • @gotama420 We'll find out at trial, I guess.

  • How in God's name do the liberals expect us to convict completely innocent people -without- torturing them???

When someone is innocent there usually isn't any evidence against them. Duh!!! False confessions are really a prosecutor's only option.

  • he should walk on his hands instead.

  • This is easy to explain. The power-at-be are again using torture to get false confessions in order to protect their establishments. We used torture to force a false confession about a "link" between Iraq and Al'Queda, when even our own military advisers said that torture DOESN'T WORK.

We have some out of control folks in power that don't understand or care about the FACTS proving that torture is only good at eliciting FALSE CONFESSIONS.

    Cronyism at its worst.

  • Tortured even before his Article 32 (grand jury) Hearing. This is cruel, beyond disgusting and utterly insane.

  • FREE HAMSHER, right fucking now.

  • 7 months? Jesus Chirst. . . and I'm an atheist

  • All you people crying about Mannings treatment forget he is not a civilian he is military and there is a whole separate justice system for military . You know those Gay Pride public service annoucements " it gets better " they don't apply to Manning his life is about to get much much worse .

  • @hanksnow82 oh boy, these military brass can be a bunch of motherfuckers, huh?

  • Comment removed

  • @tjpell68 I see you have never been in the service or anything bigger then yourself .

  • I want to punch in the face that cocksucker who narc'd on Manning; fucking piece of shit ruined his life the motherfucker.

  • @TAz69x If Pvt. Manning is guilty of turning these documents over to Wikileaks, HE is the one who ruined his life. The guy who informed on him didn't ruin Manning's life.

  • wow for being over 50 jane hamsher is smokin hot.

  • @803brando Over 50, you gotta be kidding me!

  • Wikileaks needs it's own day of celebration! It's like American Independence day, but it's to commemorate the heroes who exposed the ugly truth of America and other war crimes.

  • @RyunSharp People forget that they uncovered corruption. Now that corruption, the same corruption that makes crazy fucking rednecks kill abortion doctors is fighting to keep the rest of us stupid to the truth that America can be WAY fucking different if we get their tools taken out from our government. "Traitor" to who? To me? To my country? No. Traitor to the fucking bought out government officials and fake representatives? No. Sadly, he was never on their side.

  • @407buddy The Government has him (the little sissy) locked up for his own good. If he was out on the streets

    he'd be dead already.

  • @johnnybatters1 Some conservative fucktard would kill him obviously.

  • @407buddy Blow me bitch....and learn to spell, ya dumbass....It's YOU'RE, not YOUR.....Take your simpleton ass back to school and then get at me FUCKER

  • DEATH to the TRAITOR!

  • @urwhatthewho STFU troll. Go suck a big fake black dick. Fag.

  • @restlesspride666 Nah that's ok....I don't need to suck my own dick, that's what male bitches like you are for. Prep that puss the way I like it..... U gone squeal like a PiiiiG fucker. I'll be a fag, but you'll be my bitch.

  • Under these conditions one would lose their mental integrity AND their physical fitness. It makes me ill to know what they are doing to this man in the long term and short term. Ive been reading the stories and noone actually says HOW national security could have been compromised by the information he isn't even convicted of leaking.

  • @e105b5 Whether anyone has written about the leaks' effect on National Security or not is immaterial. That Manning released (I know, "allegedly") classified documents is the crime.

  • @InvestigatorDave Umm actually it does matter. Classification of information is supposed to be done in order to protect national security. If it is done simply to keep the citizens in the dark you cannot claim to be a democracy... If freedom of speech becomes a crime will you tell me it is inconsequential that it is wrong because it is law? I keep reading that it is a threat to national security yet seeing no evidence either in the articles or on wikileaks, research it.

  • @e105b5 No, it does not matter if anyone has written about the national security breaches that may have happened as a result of these leaks. That you haven't read anything about it does not mean security was not damaged. Regardless, classified information is classified for any number of reasons, and the release of that info is a crime -- especially under UCMJ. This is not, and never has been, a 1st amendment issue. Never. Lastly, the U.S. is not a democracy, and we don't claim to be one.

  • @InvestigatorDave Sorry, I change that to "you cannot claim to be a democratic republic". No, I am saying that I have not seen any wikileaks articles which could have threatened national security, nor anything stating how. Check the definitions of the levels of classification; it is based on potential damage to national security. Although it really isn't it is by law supposed to be. I never said this was about freedom of speech...

  • @InvestigatorDave ...I stated that free speech could be made illegal and therefore your argument that it is law is inane. Since I have space I will show you the definitions of U.S. classification levels. Top Secret; if publicly disclosed would cause "exceptionally grave damage" to national security. Secret; its release would cause "serious damage" to national security. Confidential; information that would "damage" national security if disclosed to the public.

  • @e105b5 Free speech cannot be made illegal as it is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights.

Thanks for the Readers Digest version of classification levels, but trust me when I tell you that I likely know way more about this topic than you.

Wait for the trial and see what Manning did.

  • @InvestigatorDave It'[s your country. The pentagon has come out and said no known person was harmed. How many people are harmed by the policy of ever-changing ROEs and by the policy of teaching the soldiers there to hate "Hajji", the policy of drop weapons, of depleted uranium, of cancer levels worse than Hiroshima and Nagasaki?

As for the diplomatic side of things, surely you must be relieved that there is this pressure on the US government now to not abuse its poor diplomatic corps.

  • @rajasmasala Yes, it is my country. And I'm damn proud of it overall.

I'm not saying this is a certainty, but have you considered the Pentagon is doing damage control?

The ROEs should be changed, and done so such that we can achieve victory more quicly.

Who teaches the soldiers to hate "Hajji"?

Drop weapons is a policy? What policy #?

Who has such high cancer levels?

Which member of the diplomatic corps complained about what pressure?

Not to mention: all these subjects are off-topic.

  • @InvestigatorDave

Do your research: Winter Soldier, Fallujah. Certainly policy is not the same thing as extremely common practice, but what does it mean that the US military knows all about it and does nothing to stop it? That's policy.

Yeah, because clearly the diplomatic corps is in such a forgiving, democratic position it can complain that it was never meant to be used for direct espionage. Retired members of state dept have spoken out...

  • @rajasmasala So you cannot reference a policy number, nor cite the name of the policy meaning . . . gee, I don't know, maybe it isn't "policy" as you said? Guess so.

We have whistle-blower laws here. Who is blowing the whistle? Current employees: you name none. Retired employees: you name none.

You should do some research. And while you're at it, research how one supports their claims with evidence to make the claim verifiable.

  • @InvestigatorDave

    1) facile

    2) ok, your ignorance is my fault. Ann Wright.

    3) childish

I get it, your brain stops working in these situations. I mentioned the Armenian genocide to my friend and she threatened to kill me.

  • @rajasmasala

    1. Fact.

    2. Ann Wright?! She's a nut. She wrote the plans for the invasion of Iraq, the quit the State Dept. in a pique bcse they didn't follow her plan, and didn't get the UN approval 1st (+ 3 other unrelated "reasons"). She also spoke out on UN bombing of Somalia, and has "camped" with Cindy Sheehan. She is a nut.

    3. Perhaps, but not wrong.

My brain is working just dandy. You should work on getting new friends, btw.

  • @InvestigatorDave Ok, Ann Wright is a nut because she has a conscience. Great argument.

  • @rajasmasala No, she is a nut who happens to believe in her priciples (which just happen to be nutty). Did you read the goofy things she did? And she was part of the Gaza Flotilla too. Just a nut. She should be disregarded. You seem to like her bcse she agrees with your world view. Fine, but you can't disagree that she behaves in a nutty fashion. Talk about damaged credibility: camping with Cindy Sheehan! Enough said!

  • @InvestigatorDave

And why are these subjects off topic? They relate to a central concern here. Do you want to set a precedent of punishing a man who has put some pressure for transparency (if allegations are true) on the US government which has been sorely lacking? How can a trial occur justly in a situation where the defendant has literally been tortured beforehand in preparation for the trial? Why are you doing this for a dump of info that thousands upon thousands had access to?

  • @rajasmasala Because they do not have anything to do with the subject of Pvt. Manning.

The man is not being punished, because he has not been convicted of anything. He is, however, in custody awaiting trial. He is awaiting trial for divulging classified information -- not for "pressure for transparency". He could be brought up on treason charges (likely).

    Not being tortured.

  • @InvestigatorDave Solitary confinement is custody? What?

  • @rajasmasala Yep.

  • @InvestigatorDave And if that information was so classified, why did a private have access to it? I'll tell you why. It's all low levels of classification. If you think this is bad, imagine what was actually worth bothering to keep on relatively secure channels.

  • @rajasmasala Why did he have access? Bcse he was in Army Intelligence, and he had sufficiently high enough clearance himself to access some (maybe all?) of it. This was supposed to be secure and was classified. Is there more sensitive material out there? You bet. Good thing that info wasn't leaked.

  • @InvestigatorDave Riight, because what is being done to Manning isn't in conflict with the 14th amendment? It's against the 6th amendment too and so are all the Guantanamo Bay-like prisons. There are many more examples. Why not explain if you know so much more... If I simply said "I know more about the bill of rights than you" then we would get nowhere. Wait for the trial... seven months in solitary and there is still no date set for trial.

  • @e105b5 Manning is in the military. He is governed under the UCMJ.

Gitmo prisoners are enemy combatants, and they are governed differently also.

Yes, wait for the trial. Unless you'd like to convict or release without a trial?

  • @InvestigatorDave

Gitmo: How are they enemy combatants? Many of them were innocent, and in no way enemies at all.

Manning is in the military. Is the military a civilian controlled enterprise or not? What does it mean that the military doesn't even see fit not to destroy his sanity before trial? What does it say about the state of your military?

  • @rajasmasala

Enemy combatants: captured on the field of conflict. They would be POW's but they do not wear uniforms and/or fight for a country. Some were innocent, and released. Others await trial.

The military is NOT controlled by the civlians. Ever heard of Commander in Chief? That's POTUS. He decides. We don't hold a referendum on every use of the military.

He is in solitary for reasons known best to the military. Evidence he's going insane?

Says US mil not screwing around.

  • @InvestigatorDave No, you have no influence at all. Which is why you are bothering to speak. Why are you proud of your country then? Don't be facile over and over again. And I'm sure the US had the best intentions in mind when it deployed white phosphorous in Iraq, or when indeed it stocked that white phosphorous for deployment, or depleted uranium. Don't be ridiculous. To speak so utterly smugly about Gtimo loses you all your credibility, when the tortured innocent were dumped with no reparatn.

  • @rajasmasala So 1st you accuse me of "mak(ing) this sort of treatment possible", then say I have no influence. Which is it? I am proud of my country for way too many reasons to fit into 500 characters.

WP is a weapon used to fight the enemy. Very effective too. Depleted uranium is used in the shells fired by tanks to penetrate the armor of other tanks. Very effective. What's your point?

What did I say that was smug. How have I damaged my cred? Who was tortured? What about dumping?

  • @InvestigatorDave Listen to yourself. Do you not know anything about your country? Why should I even bother with you? I've got 3.6k more words to write today, it's not my fault you're such an ignorant.

  • @rajasmasala It is probable that I know more about my country than you know of it, but regardless, what have I said that is wrong about my country? And if wrong, why would that preclude me from being proud of it?

What does your need to write 3.6k more words have to do with anything?

When writing those words, be aware that "reparatn" is not a word; and "ignorant" is a adjective, not a noun.

And you were saying what -- exactly -- about "ignorant"?

  • @InvestigatorDave Keep stuffn that foot in your mouth.

  • @rajasmasala Explain please.

  • @InvestigatorDave Figure it out yourself.

  • @rajasmasala Couldn't. Please employ your superior intellect and do so for me.

  • @InvestigatorDave No, because like much else that you're obstinately blind to, the fact that you can't figure it out yourself is flabbergasting to me.

  • @rajasmasala Hmmmm, I'm starting to think you can't explain it.

Enjoy your flabbergasted state. Doubt it is unusual for you.

  • @InvestigatorDave Look, I'll give you a clue. Look up "ignorant" in the dictionary. Jesus Christ. What language you speak?

  • @rajasmasala I did. In the Random House Webster's College Dictionary. Shows the word to be an adjective (and not a noun). Just like I said BEFORE I looked it up.

As to your question (Seems like I'm the only one answering questions. You ignore them.) I speak English. And you? What language do you speak?

  • @InvestigatorDave Would explain why I'm a professionally published poet then. What you said turned out to be true, however I do read widely and have seen the word "ignorant" used several times in books before. Moreover the word ignoramus has always had such an ugly sound I've never used it. It turns out "ignorant" would likely have seen qujite a bit of usage in an anglicized context, if for no other reason than that it means ignoramus in several European languages.

  • @rajasmasala

"Blah, blah, blah, blah. What you said turned out to be true, blah, blah, blah, blah."

You'll find that this happens routinely.

  • @InvestigatorDave You still feel, however, that universally condemned war crimes are totally legitimate when not even necessary, on the grounds that you don't have the capacity to judge. That is a big ass boot in there man.

  • @rajasmasala Which war crimes have been universally condemned -- just list the ones I feel are totally legitimate when not even necessary.

  • @InvestigatorDave White P and depleted uranium. Or do you not feel their use is legitimate? And as for the other point, you'd only make that point if you didn't know the first thing about how language works.

  • @rajasmasala Not all nations, including the U.S., are signatories to the ban on the use of willy peter. Depleted uranium I have already explained. These are not "war crimes" and have not been "universally condemned".

    Try again.

  • @InvestigatorDave White P *has* been universally condemned-- find me the person who defends it other than you-- and so has depleted uranium. They are both illegal according to the UN. Your points are not valid, they are facile. They are recognized as war crimes by numerous nations. The fact that the US wants to pursue war crimes with impunity is a different issue.

  • @rajasmasala WP has not been "universally condemned. That is absolutely not true. Find me a treaty or arms agreement that clearly supports your claim. I cannot prove a negative. Depleted uranium, used as I described, has also been deemed acceptable. Find me the treaty that shows it to be universally condemned.

That the UN doesn't like them is irrelevant. They are not the universe, and all nations don't agree with all UN decisions.

The US is not committing war crimes with their use.

  • @InvestigatorDave And look, don't protest, okay? Every time you protest you just waste a bit more of my time and insult your own intelligence even more. No one has ever made the kinds of stupid points you're making to me EXCEPT INNNNE THIS FERMAT

  • @rajasmasala So far the only person wasting your time is you. You are the one responding.

As to insulting my own intelligence, how can you possibly say that after I have corrected so many of your incorrect statements? Review our exchanges and you will see that you have been wrong more than you've been right, (factually speaking). Don't include opinions in the list, btw. All my points have been valid, and most have been backed by evidence -- as opposed to your so called points.

  • @InvestigatorDave Secondly, there is numerous testimony-- including utterly damning statements by LTC Barry Venable and a famous interview with a soldier there, that indicates that even the USE of white posphorous in Iraq was in a manner even the US recognizes as illegal.

  • @rajasmasala I know the incident and interview about which you write. It is prohibitted for the US military to use WP against military targets when they are embedded within civilian populations. At least if it is used as a weapon. If it is used as a illumination device, that is debateable, however.

Nonetheless, does not prove your point vis-a-vis "universal condemnation".

    Try again.

  • @InvestigatorDave The US has signed that same treaty you claimed it didn't sign-- only in 2009, after it had committed the war crimes. Very convenient. Stop talking nonsense. The only reason Bush and Cheney are not hanging is the only reason Israel can go on doing the shit it does despite the fact that there is clear photographic evidence of war-crimes usage of phosphorous and fletchette rounds.

  • @rajasmasala WHICH treaty?! Geez, I asked you to name the treaty. Can you do something that simple? Maybe if you used all your research and poet skills you put it into a rhyme or something.

  • @InvestigatorDave You mentioned the treaty first and now you're asking me to give you the name! Look it up, for fuck's sake, I'm not going to google it again. It's part III of that treaty tho. And your argument now is so laughable I ask you for your own self-respect to retract it. At least we can agree that the US conducts war crimes and you condone this.

  • @rajasmasala I asked you to name the treaty from the beginning -- that was the mention. Try to keep up. If you cannot provide the name of the treaty YOU claimed the U.S. signed, I cannot verify. (This is all part of that "support your claim with evidence" thing we discussed earlier.)

You cannot support your claims, yet my argument is laughable. That's a hoot.

I will not agree that U.S. commits war crimes, nor do I condone it if they were to do so.

  • @InvestigatorDave I'm only going to find the treaty for you if you agree to desist afterwards. You can continue condoning war crimes after that.

  • @InvestigatorDave Hey Dave this guy is full of shit " rajasmasaia' INTELLECTUAL DEFAULT!

  • @mediaphotographer Oh yeah, you're the guy who kept on talking because he had no counterargument against my actual study showing the rich saved their tax cuts, as opposed to creating jobs.

  • @rajasmasala I am that argument you moron. I win you lose as usual!

  • @mediaphotographer This is why I keep telling right wingers to "listen to yourself. How stupid is what you just said?" Why can't you just stop posting? I hope you're doing this drunk or tired from a long day's work because geez, it's definitely trolling.

  • @rajasmasala nope i am relaxing on my sailboat, laughing at your stupidity!! Wrong again, cream puff, I am not a right winger. you still amuse me with you lack of direction, jut like a little rat in a box, that goes round and round and goes no place, man you make me laugh ,thanks happy new year, don't stay at home again, parties are beginning, Bye Bye!

  • @rajasmasala actual study my ass!

  • @mediaphotographer Oh yeah, you're the guy who also said Fox News is "reliable!!!"

  • @rajasmasala arguing with idiots like you is amusing.

  • @InvestigatorDave Well? I'm rested now, nothing like a good nap. Up to officially condoning war crimes? The treaty is Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons Protocol III

  • @InvestigatorDave Or at least has by its own legally recognized definitions in Iraq.

  • @InvestigatorDave And if you are arguing that there is no universal condemnation because a loophole that the white phosphorous may be used *only as a smoke screen* was weaselled into the treaty in the hope that even hopeless cases like the US and Israel might sign, then you clearly know you are just trolling. If so, shut up.

  • @rajasmasala Grab your dictionary again and look up "universal". See if that definition matches your statement. Did EVERY country condemn this practice? No. No, they didn't.

Not trolling, and please don't tell me to "shut up". What kind of thing is that to say? What was the word you used earlier? "Childish"?

  • @InvestigatorDave And why are you trying to simply mislead the conversation, or did you not listen to the interview? Do you not know what shake-and-bake means?

  • @InvestigatorDave And moreover, what does it say about people like you who make this sort of treatment possible?

  • @rajasmasala Please explain in detail how I am involved in this?

  • @InvestigatorDave So you think those willing to serve in the military don't deserve the same rights as all of us? A few amendments make specific mention of the military not being counted, like the fifth, the others do not. Don't put words in my mouth please, I am saying he should have been trialed by now or at the very least they could have set a date for his trial. Gitmo prisoners are not all enemy combatants, just check the times article "Bush knew Guantánamo prisoners were innocent".

  • @e105b5 When one joins the military, one understands that you are now governed under the UCMJ. Different laws. Don't like it? Don't join. It's all volunteer now.

I am not putting words in your mouth. I would have never come up with the word "trialed", for instance.

Gitmo prisoners are mostly enemy combatants. Many have been release already, others await trial. I will not use NYTimes for anything that basis on this. Any chance to bash W is a chance the NYT cannot resist.

  • @InvestigatorDave When you take away one persons constitutional rights I'm not sure how you come up with the logic that it doesn't matter. I'd envy your US constitution if your leaders didn't use it as toilet paper.

  • @e105b5 His constitutional rights have not been violated! Learn UCMJ!

We love our Constitution. When something is done that is unconstitutional, however, there is a legal remedy for that that can go all the way to the SCOTUS. Some leaders have violated the Constitution (FDR, Obama, others), but the system eventually works.

  • this is fucking sick, Americas government has gone out of control

  • it was always out of control. just now you guys are waking up to it. lol

  • If Manning thinks he has it rough now wait until he gets to his new home in Levenworth .

  • @hanksnow82 why? what would they do to him @ Levenworth?

  • @tjpell68 Google (U.S. Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth) because thats where Manning is headed for at least 50 years . It is not like any other prison in America .

  • @hanksnow82 other than exterme isolation, would they give him routine beatings, forced standing. &/or water boarding? Justice Scalia said these things were constitutional. & that is scary.

  • @tjpell68 Where Manning is going he won't be tortured , beaten or waterboarded but he will be locked down 23 hours a day for the next 50 years .

  • @johnnybatters1 So just lock him up in solitary confinement as your government uses him as a pawn to silence an organization which shows acts of unethical acts. As far I am concerned you’re an illiterate traitor on free speech.

  • @johnnybatters1 FUCK YOU bitch!

  • @johnnybatters1

You are everything that is wrong with America. you just nod your head and say "yes mam" to the Govt. The Govt. can do no wrong right? A true American patriot questions their government like the forefathers wanted us and told us to do. Not blindly sit and take it in the ass like the bitch you are.

  • big love!

  • Merry Christmas and Happy WikiLeaks!

  • @407buddy I'm not given to being a traitor, so I'll have no problem if they did jackass.

  • Shame on you, Barack Obama!!

  • For those whose only source of news is Fox:

    1. Bradley Manning is a US Citizen.

    2. Bradley Mannings has not been charged.

    3. There is no proof that he was indeed the leaker for the wiki leaks.

    4. The government is delaying the trial while still detaining him.

    5. He has not been allowed to present his side of the story to the public.

    6. He is being treated worse than a convicted prisoner.

    7. The government has lied to us in their explanation of how he is being treated.
