The weather system that dumped the snow came from the South, and it's wetness a result of the odd South Pacific weather. So you can tell that a lot of it is because of jet streams, or air currents.
Climate is just a factor in this whole thing and Fox, as usual, is misinforming its viewers hoping they believe it. I guess not enough people know about chemical kinetics to guess otherwise.
I noticed that Sam and Cenk Uygur really ramped up their mocking of Republicans all last week when they filled in at MSNBC. Republicans should be mocked all the time in the MSM and never taken seriously.
Global warming exists, that is beyond the shadow of a doubt a fact. The only question legitimate scientists are somewhat skeptic over is whether it is a cycle of natural processes, or indeed the cause of manmade intervention with pollutants.
But the whole "It's cold outside, so global warming doesn't exist" theory, just makes me facepalm.

I just read an article about a man in texas that lost his pecan farm to nearby coal factory emission, texas is notably conservative in their environmental policy, and to say they reap what they've sown is a bit harsh, but it gives a look of what is to come if we dismiss our planet.
