You must have been in front of me, this was exactly my viewpoint. What a night, absolutely fantastic. Ultravox touring live in 2009, what more could you wish for? Ultravox still rock!

I was there, this brought the house down. What a great gig, a few bum notes, but who cares! It was Ultravox, and they can teach a number of bands how to play live. Loved it in tuesday. Ultravox Rock!

If Midge looked tired at the Glasgow Gig maybe it was the technical sound problems and and inept roadie who could not swap his guitar when it needed changed. Apart from that the Glasgow Gig was superb and to quote Midge"Glasgow you don't dissapoint do you?"

The sound does seem better on this.

Looking forward to Midge playing some solo gigs this year - I want to start a campaign..... MIDGE TO PLAY THE ISLE OF ARRAN!

Awesome show, killed me to see them walk off. Highlight was the audience cheering after Midge sang first Vienna in chorus. I think the band where as gripped by the crowds approval as we where by their excellent performance. Midge asked us if we could dance and 2500 people stood up and stayed up. Brilliant!!

Looking at Glasgow Midge appears to be tired and seems to want it over. The whole band have really enjoyed this one at Manchester, Thanks for the prep, really excelled, personally rated better of what I remember to Blackpool 1982.

Chris Cross' backing vocals could hardly be heard and the piano was too dominant (as you can partly hear in this clip) but the gig was AWESOME!

[Wonders what the sound crew get up during the gig - cos they sure don't listen or they just don't know the original tracks]

The sound mixing problems (dominant piano) also appear during the 1983 gig in Dortmund, Germany which can be found here in youtube too. Maybe it should be like that:-) CU at Hammersmith in London next week.
