oscaracer to get that guitar sound you need to take a delay pedal (i use a boss dd-6) and crank the effects tone and feedback all the way up, preferrably on one of the higher delay ranges. Then mess around with the delay time to get the range of feedback. This is called endless feedback, and is one of the most fun things you can do with pedals.

As for the video...awesome. Best track off of S/T.

i've seen other bands do that as well, get the effect without screwin with the knobs. he might have several pedals goin at once, ive gotten a similar sound with a boss delay (like cmk550) and a boss flanger. maybe it can be done with a line 6? those pedals can do everything.
