  • youre lying cern/fermilab...antagonistic soul manipulation.....and beyond....the beast, eiscat, dec 2009,you are the giza death star...the fourth reich. transhumanism...mars dna/rna recombination. amen... Hplusmagazine, the grid and how to control it,its a giant witches caudron...

  • @SuperNolimetangere - It's on and running right now ;)

  • definitely very lucky! Soon it'll be closed to EVERYone, once the LHC fires up and radiates the place! That's very cool that you had the opportunity to see it in person!

  • I thought they stopped tours? Were you visiting or working?

  • thats balls to do such a thing dood, props for that! :D

  • Thanks man! It's pretty insane.

  • hahaha, check out the cool pre-stargate technology...awesome.

while we wait, wanna play "doom 3" anyone?

  • is this possible??i dont think it can be made here on earth..?earth is made up of matter all in matter .. try other planets..??not here..

  • anti-mater... we cant touch god, if we do we burn...

  • actually god is soft and fuzzy, completely harmless :)

  • Yes He is... God made matter hackproof. This does not mean we aint gonna hack it. Right?

  • hmm...depends, anyone got invites?

    :S

  • Anti mater already exists. A lot of experiments are being conductived every day using it. Uneducated people like you are just good to spread fear and misinformate other people. Anti mater will be an energy source. It will be 3 magnitudes higher than nuclear power and ecological. And offcource like any other technology it will also used in high-end militaries.

  • haha, well I do think for someone who doesn't understand the psychology which makes it hard to read a sentence who's every word begins with a capital letter, I can see why you'd have a hard time understanding the science involved at the LHC

  • we make anti-matter all the time. The PET scan used for cancer diagnosis uses Positron Emission Tomography, which is the anti-electron, or, more generally, anti-matter.

  • Nice photos and footage. Haven't seen the small lights on CMS before, what is their origin/purpose? Orientation for the engineers?

  • HiAdrian - Thanks man - they're laser alignment markings - reflective stickers for aligning the detectors position precisely - the reason they appear to glow is because of the flash of my camera being reflected back. cheers

  • If I didn't do a remash on this I would not have known what this is about. I wish there was more assurance on what they are doing. My remash has 3 different perspectives and I still can't make up my mind if this is safe for Mother N and we peeps.

  • diggersstory - the only people who aren't reassured are those who don't understand :) the most important ability in life is knowing who to trust, and in this case, you trust the people that built the most complex machine in history :)

  • yawn........

I would rather watch a film about a machine that is gonna destroy the earth

  • humpski - lol

  • Hei heio no idea what im looking at i just kept thinking stargate sorry lol. Awsome guitar though :)

  • beth - hahahaha thank you :)

  • That's a scary place to visit lol

Hope you shook the electrons out of your jeans lol

  • fangirl - LOL shook em all right off!!

  • jww, AHA! You stole my song! bah bah buh doo bah bah bah buh doo bah buh diddle dee bop buh diddle dee bop buh dee-dee dee dee wadda wadda booh bah buh wadda wadda booh buh dee dee ding ding ah wah-wah puh-deeeeee You diwirty wascal!
  • hehe, guilty as charged ;)

  • How come I never saw this one till now? Either way, sounds great james. Cool pics of CERN.

  • clumpy - sometimes YOUTUBE does STUPID things and it IRRITATES us ALL. pow chicka dow bow

  • right on wetzel.

  • Is that one of those particle accelerator things? If so please don't blow up the universe, I like being alive! Hahah just kidding dude. That's pretty cool. The room alone must be worth millions in equipment.

  • RedSG - haha yep, watch out universe!! here we come!! the entire project has a price tag of around 6 billion dollars, spread across 80 nations and providing jobs to some 8k scientists. it is the most complex experiment ever built! the people there are ridiculously intelligent, i felt like a baby while i was there!!

  • James, it is really neat that you're involved with CERN. I remember reading about their work when I was a kid.

    Thanks for sharing the pictures!

  • Rog - you bet man!!

  • Hey, I just saw that they'll be doing the first start up tests on the big collider this weekend and may be up to a full test in a month! It seems like forever since I heard about them building it and it's amazing that they're finally done! Hopefully they'll make some major discoveries!

  • Rog - yep! Sept. 10th! wooo hoooo

  • Sounds great wwetzel!` ;)

    Love it!

  • Thank you Lisa :) rock onnn!!

  • Hi Joe,

Fantastic guitar like always. Great video:)

  • dennise - :)

  • hmm run into any anti-matter there! jk. this is really good man. im lovin the acoustic sound.

  • Dutch - right on!! the acoustic is a great compliment to the electric!

  • costar - yep you can view the particle tracks realtime with visualization software, but also later on they will reconstruct the data in plots and graphs and bla bla bla. the guy is walter wagner, and he's suing the LHC hahaha

  • Ok, so impressed!

    1. By the music (awesome as usual)

    2. By the pics (so interesting)

    3. By the conversation below !

    You continue to amaze us!

  • Rachel - hahaha also i give GREAT massages! lollll you guys are ridiculous :) i'm glad we're friends!! oh and my COOKING! i should make you a meal!! hahahahaha i am in a mood

  • Hmmmmmmm.....We suspected as much! Flawless, you are!

Btw Sarah is home! Now we can do some work together - are you still playing our lead? : )

  • yea i'll play whatever you guys need!! what about kenzers?!

  • We are still begging - next the bribes start!

We aren't above blackmail either - insert maniacal laughter here!

  • HAHA! excellent muhaha

  • costar - nope no danger at all - there will be a substantial amount of radiation so humans won't be allowed to wander around inside while the beam is running. the "explosions" aren't visible to the naked eye, and are not explosive in the conventional sense. There is a man creating hype about the danger, but he's doing it to make money, and he's made a lot of money so far! over 11 million dollars trying to scare everyone!

  • costar - so the beam's creation is very complicated and takes many steps - the beam of protons are accelerated around and they collide in the center of that big thing in my video. this machine will measure particles we already know, and hopefully will give us a better understanding of how the universe behaves on the most fundamental level. the main goal is to measure and understand the forces of interaction between the smallest parts of us! the smallest parts of matter :)

  • Costar - yep! this big old thing does nothing but detect the charged particles flying through it! it's a completely passive machine, just sits back and records data!

  • Are you part of that stuff?

  • taylor - yep! my masters project deals with its upgrade!

  • WOW you must be really smart then.

  • taylor - hahaha nope, not yet!

  • all that POWER just for you to play guitar? lol love from scotland =) paul /chef of nutters =) 5* fantastic

  • Paul - HAHAHAHA YEP! that's a giant guitar amp~!!

  • RUTH - good morning :) you're welcome!

  • lessonsink - they're great amps! i sold mine and got a fender hot rod deville!!

  • awesome...the pics were brilliant n music waz perfect

  • pritishsai - right on right on :)

  • Cary - hahaha will do!! rock on

  • Great jamming here, letting your Juice out, nice elements in the solo, pivoting and octave-usage very nice, played with a free spirit, great Images, greets Vic.

  • Vic - right on man!!! Glad you can approach it with first hand knowledge and really grab what i'm saying!! great stuff :) rock on!

  • Great music here James and hey that is quite the place there : )

  • DM - which song? dig? incubus? i love it too! what about it?

  • wait, i think i need to put the beer down. ah hell. lmao

  • sylent - HAHA

  • wow, that was amazing. thing was huge! i've been reading about the LHC for the past year or so. AMAZING stuff. it's awesome that you get to be a part of such ground breaking experiments. one day you guys are going to find God. plain and simple...

  • just fyi, i know that one in the vid was not the LHC. my post is a bit confusing. :P

  • sylent - lol yea yea no worries mate :)

  • sylentwitness - haha yea the LHC is a crazy machine!! we'll leave that up for a more philosophical debate!

  • Looks like the inside of the Starship Enterprise!

What would happen if I connected the red wire to the black wire? BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT! Goddamit! Now, who is going to clean up all of these particles? =D

    BTW, Nice jam!

  • motorpsych0 - hahaha isn't it ridiculous looking?! hahahaha particles everywhere!!

  • James...looks a lot like the wiring in the attic of this old house! LOL..Sweet jam going on here! *****

  • TPS - thanks dude!! yea it's a mess! :)

  • Nice Jam guys. You got some Carlos going on there, all you needed was the latin percussion!

  • Guitarman - exactly!! hahaha right on! thank you :)

  • chrissymee - haha flutterrrr :)

  • AYE - well, someone said it sounded like Santana, so I called it Santa Na :)

  • Nice. Great Vid

  • tikia112 - merci :)

  • Very cool!

  • AtomicUs5000 - thank you for stoppin by man!!! I love your art :)

  • JaMeS!!!! cool vid!! i learned so much!! too bad i wont ever be a rockstar or a scientist like u!!! im so jealous!! lol

  • Jess- hahaha work hard and you'll be right there beside me!

  • haha okay!! i think im gonna need lessons from you though!! teach me wise grasshopper!! lol. when im on CNN reporting live you have to do a James Wetzel segment of rockish/scientist stuffs!! WoOT fO'sHo!!

  • jess - lessons coming up!

  • wooot!! when do i start my trainint to be a cool rockstar scientist like you??!

  • never muhAHHAAHAha

  • best ones come from scotland, aye from scotland my kitchens! how many would you like? chef of nutters =)

  • make me some paul!!

  • wow! the tunnel really is humongous!

so cool you've actually been there!

  • Mark - yes it is very large, but that was just the experimental cavern for CMS, the cavern for ATLAS is much better, and the tunnel itself is more than 27 kilometers in circumference!

  • oh ic this was the petite one :)

18 miles is like so unbelievable... for European standards it's even absurd! In Holland there's no major city more than 30km from another major city. it's half the length of the Rotterdam subway (second city in NL)

  • Mark - haha i know! driving from one side of the ring to the other took 30 minutes! we drove through like 4 towns!

  • haha that's so typical I was searching for the length of the Rotterdam ring but couldn't find it that quick... but I knew it had to be about the same length :)

  • Ah, you're in Ronland now with all that spacey acoutic guitar :o) You got so much guitar "game" James I harldy know how to approach you somethimes... I'm like Beaver looking up to Wally or summin' :o) -Ron

  • RON _ WOO t - Ronland is very warm this time of year :)

  • killer as always james!! sweet tracks bro!

  • xGul1ty - thanks man!!! glad you like them :)

  • Anything that incorporates electric guitar, physics research, and a little Angels and Demons reference is good by me. :]

  • lapair - hahahaha angels and demons baby!!! rock on :)

  • is that a mutron in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

  • theerion - nope that's a pocket knife

  • Awesomeness! That was interesting and informative. But I was distracted by the awesome lead guitar. :-)

  • REINA my spanish knight :) haha glad ya dug the interesting juxtaposition of ideas and charm

  • I could feel my particles accelerating even as I watched.

  • fendermac - hahahaha feels good, don't it?
