Lol no offense but to answer your question, It's part of the morning prayer right before the Kriyat Shema of Shabbat meaning within the third section of the first daily prayer on Sabbath & without translating every word, it's glorifying the name of G-d basically that he is primary and dominant in this world & the next, that there is nothing more powerful then G-d!

there is more but this is from the professional photographer thats why it was out on 5 months after the bar mitvah the other ones were taken from cell phones so it has very bad audio etc...
