  • Thank you Germany for the sacrifice of your soldiers.

  • i think it really is a bad thing for a soldier to feel forgotten.

  • rauß mit euch kriegstreibern. vor 60 jahren gabs genug krieg für die deutschen. das braucht keiner mehr... ein land mitten in europa braucht keine verteidigung am arsch der welt

  • Now we have the umpteenth Bundeswehr reform ahead of us and you can see something funny happens. The people and mayors of towns with barracks which are now at stake even some governors they all suddenly care about our soldiers. For many years they haven't given a fuck what happened to them in AFgh. or elsewhere. Now faced with losing money in case an unit is going to be disbanded in their city they suddenly discoverd their love and care for their sons and daughters in uniform.Disgustig such people

  • "10 years - that's more than both worldwars put together" - true...

  • America is controlled by 1% of their population. That 1% want the war. The people need to wake up as regarding who is in control. What a bunch of mugs!

  • @PortsladeBySea and that one percente is a DEUTSCH BANK!

  • @PortsladeBySea you think they dont? you think they arent aware ?

    watch some fucking news bud

  • by the time these soldiers come back their motherland will be islamized .

  • my kamaradieren, u should have shot those kinders in the madrasa.....

  • That is what all Europe is about. I heard from many European friends that they never appreciated their soldiers comign back home rather than appreicate them for what they done.

at least here in the USA, we appreciate any soldier including ours unlike europe.

  • @Hperman09 Not true, here in Norway we do appreciate our soldiers coming home and for their bravery in fighting.

  • @Mikkhep Most British soldiers(if most of them) told me that their own people never appreciated their own soldiers coming back from the war. Some UK people throw out celebration but not most of them. don't ask me, i talk to a lot of British soldiers who were coming in San Francisco airport for military training. I can't speak for all Europe(i know it's a continent, not a country) but German soldiers told me the same thing as well. They told me that their country should be like America.

  • @Hperman09 Just because some people doesn't express their love for their soldiers does not mean the entire country does the same thing.

  • @Mikkhep No, i'm not saying that all of them does not appreciated their soldiers it's mostly the experience i had with them. Most of the UK citizens as much don't really appreciated as much as we do here in the USA. Everyone in the world appreciated their soldiers doing in the middle east but not just as much like in Germany and Britain.

  • @Hperman09 Good point, but the fact is that every person is surely different. Talking to different people from the same social circle would most likely have the same thoughts about things, another thing is that USA got a really strong military and allot of people, and I would presume it is quite normal for someone to be glad when a soldier who is a family member returns home. That could be the case, those you had contact with might not have someone close who serves internationally or so.

  • At the NATO meetings, Germany can say it is making a contribution. That is the point of this. A very expensive, mostly irrelevant point.

  • These soldiers are pawns .. this war will never end .. Ron Paul 2012 .. our troops support Ron Paul.

  • Germans ? Not even Americans or Canadians are interested in that stupid war in Afghanistan and Iraq. People are more worried about unemployment and not having jobs in this country.
