There are many Muslim women at my sons school who look stunning and have style. I do love the freedom not to cover up, I sometimes wear a bikini and shorts on the beach but get fed up with unwanted attention! I would strongly defend women to wear whatever they like.

But according to their religious reasoning, God/Allah does just that - granting the 'modest women' jannah (heaven) and the immodest jahannam (hell). There are many Muslim women at my sons school who look stunning and have style. I often hear Muslim women say "Don't judge me by the clothes I wear". But according to their religious reasoning, God/Allah does just that - granting the 'modest women' jannah (heaven) and the immodest jahannam (hell). So if it's good enough for God to judge by sartorial style, then surely we should follow suit? According to the teachings of Christianity, hijaab etc is excess to requirements and therefore I reserve the right to criticise muslim women's hijaab.
