Really well done. I just love this guy--one of the greatest actors ever. I'm not sure I saw anything from Magnolia? But you included so many great moments. Thank you.
His best work is yet to be done. Maybe as a serial killer or presidential assassin. He has that creepy yet brilliant John Malkovich quality about him. I could definately see him shooting John Lennon in the back.
I feel so out of the loop on this. I've seen about two of these movies and noticed about 3 others. I want to see the one where he's saying "shut up" a lot. Which one is that?
@CureForPain1234 Funny enough, I watched it yesterday on Netflix. Pretty damn good. Everything felt like a perfect slice from Barry's life: holes existed in finding out about his past, but you have just enough information to get a read on what kind of man he is, as if you just watched him from a distance while you were visiting the area for a week and never came back again.
It also happened to be one of Sandler's best performances IMO.
@Raflegan "before the devil" didn't really have any good clips for this vid. Synecdoche (my favorite) is too beautiful of a film to use for this. There is one small laugh from Love Liza. There are a few movies left out just because he says some hilarious/weird line, but it's off camera or interrupted by a cut-away.
@howsthepeepingtommy You sir, have my respect. And though I will not retract noting those three fine films here (Synecdoche is my favorite movie of all time, myself), I do retract my sentiment as directed at you entailing questioning their omission from this work. I laud, rather than reprimand, your reasoning.
@howsthepeepingtommy (P. S., however if you were to use a scene from Synecdoche; the scene before he has sex with Tammy where he says "no.. no.. I only like women" would have been a good addition to the scene right after he kisses the guy)
He always gets the most unpleasant roles but I still adore him. He's such an amazing actor, one of the best in the world.

Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Paul Giamatti are two of America's best character actors. You can pur them in any role and they nail it.

Great vid. You should add the "just off the Corso" scene from TMR. One of my favorite PSH moments ever.

@stwongbad85 I don't notice anything from 'Before the Devil...', 'Love Liza' or 'Synecdoche...', three of my favorites with him as a main character.
