After a hike, can I upload my tracks, speed, el., etc. to my computer for keeping records of treks and for other comparitive analysis? I have Garmin Base Map whick I find as useful as a buffalo in an ice cream shop. Any hints will be appreciated.

Just got mine a few days ago. I had it ghost armored and looks great! I also intend to keep it in its soft carrying case for extra protection.
