Beta is a pre release version of a game that is still in testing or unfinished stages. In some case a beta version of a game may be released to the public. In this case, it was available from a couple of random giveaways on websites, where codes were limited to 1-10,000 per site. This version is no longer useable, now that hte full game has been released.

the wheels don't spin on any of them, the motors do. The only reason why it looks like the others are spinning is because the motors take up almost the entire wheel on those.

you should take a pic of the side view of the car from a mag using the ps3EYE, and make a sticker out of it and stick it to the side of your created car
