i just saw her the other night. came all the way from NJ just for the concert, 7th row, it was amazing.

i've heard a lot of people saying "if it were going to be released on dvd, we would've known already"... but that's not necessarily true. look at the extravaganza/mirage dvd... it came out over a decade later. lets keep our fingers crossed. :)

I think you mean Madonna is basically like Cher. Cher was the original, Madonna looks to Cher for inspiration and sometimes steals Cher's ideas and concepts (ie: The Farewell Tour and the Confessions Tour), but you are right in that they are both huge gay icons, but a lot of straight people like them as well. They both have huge followings that sometimes overlap, there is no debate there.

im not a madonna fan. to me cher has and will always be the best in everything. when cher does something its something over the top. i myself as a straight fan of cher consider her a real living legend/icon. i did see alot of similarities in madonnas confessions tour from chers farewel tour, thats why i dont like madonna because they consider her something big when all she does is get ideas from real legends like cher
