My friend Sporos!!! From 1957 we knew each other. We met in Chicago! He stayed with me at my house in Cleveland for many months. We played together in the late 1990s and spent time with him and his wonderful wife Voula!! I still cannot believe this amazing performer is no longer with us. For me he was always a #1.

Both songs were performed astonishing!! I got dozens of different "authentic" versions of the above 2 songs even in old 75 rpm records but i never heard something that much wonderful!! Congratulations!!!

he actually plays Dark eyes and intermixes with a Russian folk song 'Moscow Evenings' and then a Russian Gypsy piece 'Tsyganochka', then a hungarian gypsy piece cant remember what its called, then a Hungarian chardash. So this is a medly.

i dont know if anyone noticed, but hes only got the base strings without their octave string ! ive done that before it sounds awesome... u get all the base without the highs!!!
