  • I saw it when it came to the Ft Worth Will Rogers Complex here in TX. I didnt know what to expect, and yet I came out of there crying like a baby...Very moving

  • Years ago, I have experienced the spreading of this quilt on the Washington DC Mall. It is too bad they no longer can do this because of its size. EVERYONE needs to see it in this context. The ocean of sorrow and hurt will punch you in the guts. It is OVERWHELMING. Thank you for sharing this.

  • Thank you for your positive comments. I have viewed the quilt (or portions thereof) seven or eight times, and it is always an overwhelming and devastating experience. I have made or have participated in making about 10 panels, which serve to bring me deeper into the quilt. It is sad that the quilt is now too large to be seen in its entirety ever again, but even viewing a small portion is deeply moving.

  • Since it's too big for a full spread, what if each panel were to be microfilmed. This will definitely be good preparation for when the cure for AIDS is found.

  • This is a beautiful film and a strong statement. It is worthy of being viewed by the masses.

  • Thank you!
