Metric? Gotta be kidding. All threads are Whitworth. British standards. Not a metric thing about the car. Sorry, owned two, built one from the parts. Early Iron Age.

Actually MG and Morris engines from 1919 to 1952ish were built with metric threads. this was because Morris purchased machinery from a french factory. seems strange that you didn't know this as it can be a costly mistake when rebuilding these engines if you mix up the earlier metric with the later American National Fine that was introduced with the merger with Austin.
