I have loved the Burnsy Videos ever since I saw the first one several years ago. I can tell he was a sweet and loveable little kitty. This makes me so angry, people's indifference to the well-being of animals. I think I can kind of figure out what happened. Possibly he was turned out by the person caring for him and was lost for good or killed. I've had something similar happen to a cat of mine when I was younger. I am so so sorry for your loss.
I know how it feel to lose you pet. I had a kitty her name was Tia ans she looked exactly like your Burnsy, I lost her about 5 yrs ago. I would love to find another one but where I live right now I am not allowed to have pets, maybe one day. Maybe they are playing together in heaven.

I am literally crying. I LOVED all the Burnsy videos and just discovered this one! :'( Either way, I am SO SO SO sorry. Even if it is 3 years after. I am a cat lover and always will be. How terrible that this happened, I only learned of this cat a few moments ago and saddened to hear that Burnsy is no longer with us and hope that you can find peace in knowing that your cat is in a better place and will meet him again, my girlfriend and I both love our animals dearly, not just as pets but as family and it's hard enough dealing with their passing by natural causes but..poison..? You'll be in our prayers.

My cate Hitch was only 2 1/2 yrs old when he died 2 years ago, I still have pics & videos of him on my cell that I watch from time to time. When Hitch died I told myself and everyone I would never get another cat, then a month later my daughter found an abandon kitten and brought it home. We named him Puma. I now have another kitten also found abandoned in a ditch, named him Simon. Hitch will never be replaced but God helped me to open my heart & home to these 2 cats when I thought I couldn't.

I don't even know you but i think that i can tell you my little story... 2 years ago i've lost my lovely dog and few days later my mum. It was double shock and i feel rly sad until now, but i believe that they're happy now and they don't feel any pain.

The thought of someone doing this to a animal of any kind is hard enough, but when you've shared you life with one, it's as hard as one of your family members dying.

I'm so sorry for your loss Sara. The hurt will linger for a long time. My little fur baby died a few years ago and I am still not over my little man Gizmo. I don't know if you have ever heard of the rainbows bridge poem but it's beautiful and I found some comfort in knowing where our little fur angels go after they passed. There is a memorial page where you can post and pay tribute to any of your beloved furry companions.

i don't think you're a bad person for leaving. as you said, there was a death in the family. it's just like if you had a child that you couldn't bring, you leave them with a nanny or a relative. you left burnsy with a person to take care of him. you had no idea this would happen. it is impossible to know that these things are going to happen, and there's no use kicking yourself for it. you had his best interests in mind and did what anyone else would do. and over time your heart will heal

Rainbow bridge be with us all and in hopes someday you'll see him again. Love the videos, the kitties and continuing support commenters have given on this channel. There is good in this world.

Sara- Just discovered Burnsy's videos. He looks almost exactly like my best buddy Monster, who died this past January of heart failure at the age of 10. How terrible that this happened, I only learned of this cat a few moments ago and saddened to hear that Burnsy is no longer with us and hope that you can find peace in knowing that your cat is in a better place and will meet him again, my girlfriend and I both love our animals dearly, not just as pets but as family and it's hard enough dealing with their passing by natural causes but..poison..? You'll be in our prayers.

My cate Hitch was only 2 1/2 yrs old when he died 2 years ago, I still have pics & videos of him on my cell that I watch from time to time. When Hitch died I told myself and everyone I would never get another cat, then a month later my daughter found an abandon kitten and brought it home. We named him Puma. I now have another kitten also found abandoned in a ditch, named him Simon. Hitch will never be replaced but God helped me to open my heart & home to these 2 cats when I thought I couldn't.

Today i've watched your videos and when i've seen this one i made yt account just to tell you that i feel really sorry and i know how it is. I don't even know you but i think that i can tell you my little story... 2 years ago i've lost my lovely dog and few days later my mum. It was double shock and i feel rly sad until now, but i believe that they're happy now and they don't feel any pain.
Remember always to be happy and to think only about nice times spend with Burnsy.

There's a special place in hell for people who wrong animals. Our hearts go out to you. I too have faced the loss of a beloved companion because of someone's deliberate act. I love Burnsy. He was one of the cutest, sweetest animals I have seen on youtube. I loved his videos and I loved your description of him. He is happy where he is. Also i think you are a wonderful person. even tho this happened 3 yrs ago it must feel like yesterday.Burnsy is special nobody will be able to take away the memorys you have of him. But it is not your fault! Do not feel bad for other peoples mistakes!!The best thing we can do is try to help them relise what they have done and to prevent this from happening to other animals. Don't worry, i know how you feel. I recently lost my cat, Lewis... he got ran over and when i found out, i felt my heart sank. I loved him so much, SO SO MUCH. He was like my best friend and everything. :'( I'm very, very sorry about Burnsy though. When i watched your videos of him, he reminded me alot of Lewy. ^^, But, as my mom told me when we buried Lewis... i'm sure he is in a better place and is playing with a whole new butch of cat friends in heaven<3 :))))

I saw the original Burnsy video forever ago and just happened to come across this tonight while looking for it again. It made me smile watching him talk back to you and roll around sleepily. What a beautiful boy he was. I'm very sad to hear he isn't with you anymore and know what a terrible pain that is and how much space in your heart they can take up. I'm so sorry for your loss,Burnsy was one of the three cats I've loved the most.(#3 being him,#2 being my kitten who was hit by a car a year ago :'( and #1 being my current cat,Harley.) I just recently stumbled along these videos and couldn't help thinking of my cat lying beside me. This video in particular made me cry. The thought of someone doing this to a animal of any kind is hard enough, but when you've shared you life with one, it's as hard as one of your family members dying.

I actually silently burst into tears watching this. Whoever did this to Burnsy is CRUEL and they have NO HEART. Animals are living beings that deserve the same amount of respect as humans do. Whoever killed Burnsy shall be punished. I, too, have a cat whom I really love, and I would do anything for him. I love him as much as you loved Burnsy. I'm so sorry for your loss Sara. The hurt will linger for a long time. My little fur baby died a few years ago and I am still not over my little man Gizmo. I don't know if you have ever heard of the rainbows bridge poem but it's beautiful and I found some comfort in knowing where our little fur angels go after they passed. There is a memorial page where you can post and pay tribute to any of your beloved furry companions.

i don't think you're a bad person for leaving. as you said, there was a death in the family. it's just like if you had a child that you couldn't bring, you leave them with a nanny or a relative. you left burnsy with a person to take care of him. you had no idea this would happen. it is impossible to know that these things are going to happen, and there's no use kicking yourself for it. you had his best interests in mind and did what anyone else would do. and over time your heart will heal

I have had so many cats over the years and dogs too. I know what it's like to lose them. The pain wont go away easily. but eventually it gets easier to bear. animals are your family and the bond of a pet and their owner is similar to that of a parent and child as the animal is dependent on u. The saddest story I have ever heard in my life...I would not be able to sleep, eat, hang with friends, or even move if y dog died from someone doing this to him. D; I'm and so gratefully sorry for you sweet, little Burnsy. I'm sorry for your loss. Whoever did this can burn in the firey pits of hell. Animal cruetly is unforgivable. And it's sad how people believe they have more rights than animals. A cat has a mental disorder, people put it down. I have OCD. You wanna put the damned cat down? Put me down. My animals are my children, each and everyone of them. Sara- Just discovered Burnsy's videos. He looks almost exactly like my best buddy Monster, who died this past January of heart failure at the age of 10. Watching your videos and your special bond w/Burnsy remind me of what Monster and I had. It is sad and healing at the same time. I wish I had more video memories of my buddy.

People who do cruel shit like this really piss me off. Years ago our cat Solimar was poisoned. We know who did it, but we had no proof. His death nearly killed my mom, who is not a big cat person.
Cruel treatment of any kind towards animals is despicable and I hope people who perform said treatment get a taste of their own medicine.
Animals are no different than humans; They eat, breath, and have emotions.
I really enjoy watching Burnsy's videos, he was a wonderful friend to you. :)
