so soothing to the soul, relaxing as it shows,Tai chi is an art as she moves very slow. so tranquil as she display,like an Eagle in the sky, she moves with power and grace oh my.. bending and twisting over a cloudy, cloudy gray sky, this method is so awesome and that's no lie, it's like watching Bruce Lee, martial arts training ready to make someone cry, every gym in America should practice this, and you ask me why? Chen Style? what form? why so short? can we see afull duration performance rather than this one?

Yes, Chen Style, most are old frame yi lu. It is good for the first time learners.
