flying the north atlantic routes has got to be one the coolest jobs out there. SOme people think being a pilot is a dream, it isnt. YOu just gotta have the can do attitude
i finally booked a flight to Frankfurt on december 11th through the 28th and so i might fly the a 777 aircraft from EWR to FRA so hopefully i hope it doesn't change to a 767-200 just like last time it did, so im having a bad feeling about this.
I would imagine the 777 isnt considered a fun aircraft to fly like most of the commercial craft but is pretty cool and advanced. Autopilots takes alot of the fun out of flying. Its much more satisfying to steer the aircraft to a bearing manually than use the autopilot
Objectively, the 772 is bigger-slightly longer fuselage, definitely larger wingspan, and greater in cabin floor area. CO's 764 in AirMike configuration holds 256 passengers, the AVOD 772's hold 285. As for which aircraft is better, I personally love the 764 to death. It's the plane in CO's fleet I've ridden on the most, it's really quiet, and it's got those wicked cool large raked wingtips! I love the 772 also and is a close 2nd for me. The 777 is just an awesome plane with those HUGE engines!
does the boeing 777-200 on other airliners with the different engine manafacures sound as basy as the engine on the continental airlines boeing 777-200. I like the continental airlines boeing 77-200 engines as they are the ones that rumble loads on takeoff as the other engines dont do this they whine more and dont provide the jet rush
I just asked the cabin crew if i could gone see the flight deck... and she say yes, normally after land at the gate there are n o problem for visit usually the pilot are friendly with the passenger interested in flight...
what is the food that is served in the flight?

The paintwork on the continental airlines 77 looks very nice. Its weird how white airplanes look very nice but white cars always look awful.

Thats a nice aircraft. Commercial airline pilots have one of the best jobs on the planet. They certainly can say their job is unique

continental airlines is now there using the 767-400 to brussels
eagle757214 4 years ago
they are actually using both types I believe.
What is generally better and what is bigger. The 777-200 or the 767-400?

How did you get the pilot to show you the flight deck? Did he seem reluctant at first? How did you ask him? What did you say to him?

The amount of power you experience on the 777 is amazing. The feeling you get from flying is incredible
