@dinosoid2000 good ear... that's Daws Butler doing the voice of Elvis the Buzzard -- also known as the voice of Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear, Quick Draw McGraw and a slew of other Hanna Barbera characters. Butler was to Hanna Barbera what Mel Blanc was to Warner Bros. Occasionally, they would work together, for example in the Jetsons (Mr Spacely-Blanc; Elroy -Butler).

I find it kind of strange that Elvis could tell through Bugs' disguise and yet not be able to count up to four... Very strange logic if you ask me, especially compared to some Looney Tunes cartoons.  Elmer Fudd can easily count up to four, yet is always fooled by Bugs' woman disguises.

elvis seems to have 2 different voices being pitched for this. the higher-toned one was the one used in dixie fryer, but it is a bit odd to hear his voice both very high and low here.
