As satire/ comedy it sucks.. so I'll critique it as a resume. The shirt looks like crap .. shirt / tie combo good idea, but make sure the tie hangs straight and you wear a suit jacket. the lighting is WAY too low. practice practice and stop rotting your brain with TV and video games
