My friends and I did this for a Senior prank, we were only able to capture 4 seagulls before they ended up just totally leaving, and one actually ended up escaping on the way to school, we live near the ocean, we released them into the school and it was fucking hilarious but it would have been a million times funnier if we did it at lunch time XD watching them raid all the tables
