@T0XiCxMoDz i'll answer for you :) this is NOT a gaming computer, i mean you could probably run WoW on it at lowest settings, and at good-high settings on the higher specced models, but i would not buy this for gaming, this computer is made for editing photos/videos, and doing some other light to medium processor type stuff, and fraps would suck up the fps on games, DO NOT BUY FOR GAMING! apple wise for gaming you'd be best with the 15.6" MBP or an iMac this is built for traveling!!

@94dearnaley you could use it as a full computer if you upgraded to the full storage capacity, but even with the base 11inch model you could use it as your full computer, all you'd have to do is put all of your important stuff on usb flash drives, and with the speed this machine puts out even at the base 11inch model you would have no problem with speed so yes you could! i'm going to buy the base model and just use the flash drive way :) so much cheaper! i hope this helped!

I built my PC for 1200 and it has an i5 overclocked to 4.7 ghz (with cooler master V8 cooler) and gtx 460 GPU. Also have an old iMac 24". But decided to spend my money on a pc vs paying the same price and not getting the same power for a Mac.

Thunderbolt port is great because it offers more then USB does. Come on man, tell me whats quicker then USB 3 which is backwards compatible with USB 2 ? Nonsense :P But I guess this thing doesnt have USB 3. NOTHING will utilyse the thunderbolt port except for when you use it to wire another monitor through it.

No. If your computer isn't backed up you'll lose all of them, also many people including myself like to buy artists' albums and own the physical cd. Macbook Airs are not practical imo

Honestly, whoever buys apple computers are literally paying £200 more for the brand. For$999 the specs of the air were complete shite. I can get i7 quad core 2.6 ghz for under £800...and yet apple still insist on shitty dual cores 2.2 ghz.... Really?
